Restock Fee
Undamaged merchandise in new condition returned will be subject to 30% restock fee. Prior authorization from our office is required.

Freight Claims
Responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases when we deliver the order to carrier. In case of damage, notify the delivering carrier at once to examine goods. Be sure to keep all packaging. Do not destroy packaging materials, cartons or boxes until carrier has examined them.
