Setting up for banquets doesn't have to be a challenge. We have created several banquet table layouts and diagrams to help you plan your next big event. Reference our below banquet table layouts and diagrams to ensure you maximize space, and create a comfortable setting for your guests.

Seating guests comfortably around round banquet tables

  • 2-3 people: use 30" round banquet table
  • 4 people: use 36" round banquet table
  • 5 people: use 42" round banquet table
  • 6 people: use 48" round banquet table
  • 7-8 people: use 54" round banquet table
  • 8 people: use 60" round banquet table
  • 10 people: use 72" round banquet table

If you need to seat more than 10 guests at a round table, consider using serpentine seminar tables

  • 3 people per side: use 18 x 72 seminar table
  • 4 people per side: use 18 x 96 seminar table

Seating guests comfortably around rectangular banquet tables

  • 4 people: use 30 x 48 rectangular banquet table
  • 6 people: use 30 x 72 rectangular banquet table
  • 8 people: use 30 x 96 rectangular banquet table (cap ends to seat 10 people)

If space is limited, you can add additional guests at each joint between connected tables (see yellow dot).

Seating chart for round banquet tables

To create a comfortable seating arrangement and make best use of space, arrange round banquet tables as shown in the diagram to the right. This will allow plenty of space for your guests, and won't create a cramped atmosphere.
